W. Bro. Anil Kesavan was born on the 17th October 1961 to Shri. K. A. Kesavan and Smt. Sathyabhama. Shri. K A. Kesavan, was an Officer of Indian Navy. Anil has two brothers, Col. Arun Kumar and Mr. Ajan.
Bro Anil Kesavan did his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Colaba, Mumbai and Pattom, Trivandrum. He graduated from the University College, Trivandrum with Geography as his optional subject. He did his Post Graduation in Geography also from the University College Trivandrum in 1984. |

Anybody with this qualification would normally opt for a career in earth science, but Bro. Anil opted to become a salesman. He became a medical representative with American Remedies in 1985. Soon he shifted to another Pharma firm, Cipla. There he proved that the decision he made to shift his career from science to sales was a well thought out one. In a span of twenty five years, he worked as a Medical Representative, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Zonal Manager, National Sales Manager and General Manager Marketing, Sales and Training. He worked as a Marketing consultant for Succor Health Care Ltd., for a few years.
He was adjudged the Top performer for many years consecutively. During his career he has bagged the sole credit for organizing many product launches, many a symposia and national conferences.
He had been to the African Nation, Sudan to train the sales and marketing professionals of Cipla’s Business associates.
His career spanning almost thirty years was not just that of a salesman alone. His multidimensional skills and talents as supervisor, coach, mentor, trainer, advisor and consultant are worthy of emulation by young and ambitious aspirants.
Bro. Anil Kesavan is a Qualified Trainer in Applied Behavioral Psychology (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Certified by American Board of NLP,USA and International NLP Trainers Association, Germany.
Anil Kesavan has a daughter Dr Anjali Anil. She did B.Tech from SCT College of Engineering and was awarded PhD from IIT Mumbai. She is Joining Bloomberg School of Social Sciences, John Hopkins University, Maryland, Baltimore, USA, for her Post Doctoral Work. Dr Anjali is married to Mr. Sreejith, a B.Tech graduate from NIT Calicut. He is presently working as Chemical Engineer at Rashtriya Chemical and Fertilizers Ltd, Mumbai. He has recently cleared Civil Services Exams and soon joining Indian Corporate Law Service.
Anil Kesavan was Initiated in Lodge Trivandrum No. 168 on 20-11-2010, Passed on 16-07-2011 and Raised on 18-10-2011. He has come through the hierarchy to be elected as Worshipful Master for the year 2022.
